Our approach to managing the impact of COVID-19

Our UK office is currently closed. We are taking this precaution to help delay the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to ensure we act responsibly in line with advice from HM Government.

All staff are currently working from home. They are connected to the 123 Financials network and are contactable via their usual email addresses and phone numbers.

We are doing everything we can to help you in meeting your objectives and priorities, and are following the advice from the UK Government to ensure both safety for our people and business continuity for our clients.

123 Financials has long been committed to a flexible work place, and we have the technological and operational infrastructure for the organisation to work virtually, should the need arise. As a result, you may find that some of our employees alternate with others to work away from the office where of course they are fully equipped to access all our systems securely, including taking your calls.
